Chakana ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the Chakana mobile application.

A. Information You Provide
- Player name/moniker you choose for leaderboard display.
- Any information you send to us directly (for example, support emails).
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app information (such as device type, OS version, app version, language, and basic diagnostics).
- Advertising-related identifiers (such as Advertising ID), where applicable.
- Gameplay and leaderboard data (such as score, level, time, moves, and timestamps).
- Anonymous authentication identifier (if enabled via backend services).
C. Purchases
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play.
- We do not receive your full payment card details.
- We may receive purchase status/entitlement information needed to unlock premium content.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide core app features (gameplay, leaderboard, premium unlock).
- Save and sync game-related data.
- Show ads for free users and manage premium ad removal.
- Prevent abuse/fraud and keep the app secure.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve app performance.
3. Legal Basis (where required)
Depending on your location, we process data based on:
- Performance of a contract (to provide app features you request).
- Legitimate interests (security, diagnostics, service improvement).
- Consent (where required, such as certain ad-related processing).

We do not sell personal data.

- Google Play Billing (purchase processing)
- Google AdMob (ads)
- Supabase (backend database/auth services)
- Expo/React Native infrastructure providers (app delivery/operations)

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Leaderboard and gameplay records.
- Purchase entitlement status.
- Operational/security logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
We may delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.

- Object to or restrict certain processing.

Chakana is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your region).
